Christian Bustamante is a Ph.D. Candidate in the Department of Economics at The Ohio State University. His main fields are Macroeconomics and Monetary Economics.  His research focuses on understanding the role of financial factors in heterogenous agent monetary economies.  He also studies the distributional and macroeconomic effects of monetary policy in economies with search frictions and non-degenerate distributions of money.
