This folder contains 6 matlab files.

cbdc_demand1 and cbdc_demand2 reproduce the results in Section 5.1, related to CBDC and deposit demand and seigniorage.
In cbdc_demand1 we obtain demand curves for different values of the elasticity of substitution.
In cbdc_demand2 we obtain demand curves for different values of relative liquidity.
We also obtain Figure 1 and 2.

OptimalChoices reproduce the results in Section 5.2 and Figure 6.

Sensitivities1 obtains some sensitivities results on how the optimal CBDC interest and welfare vary with the tax rate
(Figure 3 and 4)

Sensitivities2 obtains some sensitivities results on how welfare changes are affected by the elasticity of substitution 
(Figure 5).

All the above files needs to be run in the presence of the file Parameters_C, which contains the parameter values.
