Carolyn Tsao is a new Assistant Professor with the Department of Economics! Carolyn is a labor economist. She studies how non-wage amenities affect workers' productivity and job choice. Much of her research focuses on education and teacher labor markets. Prior to OSU, she was a Postdoctoral Researcher at Microsoft Research.
Carolyn received her Ph.D. in Economics from Princeton University in 2025.
